Planned admissions are confirmed by the specialty desk. Bring the same records, comfortable clothes, and the phone number of the person who will make decisions if you cannot.
The billing desk on the ground floor explains charges before a planned admission. Bring your insurer’s card and policy papers if you hope to use a cashless facility. Confirm cover with your insurer; the desk will tell you what the hospital can process.
Executive, cardiac, women’s, and senior health reviews are booked as packages. Ask the desk for the current panel and fee. A package is a screen, not a diagnosis.
One attendant may stay with a ward patient according to the bed category. Intensive care does not allow an overnight attendant. A counsellor is available through the nursing station.
The ambulance bay and emergency are on Veer Savarkar Marg. Paid visitor parking is under the west wing. Local trains: Dadar and Prabhadevi stations are the nearest.
